Health Care Insurance MEDIC – ALLIANCE

MEDIC-ALLIANCE was created in 2014 by Philippe de Ro with the aim of offering businesses in Katanga a service adapted to local conditions.

It is real health insurance to protect employers, employees and their families. Since its creation, MEDIC-ALLIANCE has experienced constant growth in the number of its customers and people covered.

Optimize your healthcare spending budget.

MEDIC-ALLIANCE offers businesses 5 formulas starting at $ 25 per month per employee. The employer chooses the most suitable formula for each class of employees.
A single monthly invoice for all employees of the company. Fewer accounting documents, fewer cash outflows, the healthcare budget is better controlled.
MEDIC-ALLIANCE covers medical consultations, laboratory examinations, treatments, surgical procedures and medication (within the limits of the chosen formula).
In the case of an intervention or medication not covered in the employee’s package plan, MEDIC-ALLIANCE communicates to the employer the estimate of the additional costs. We carefully control these unexpected expenses thanks to the monitoring of each employee’s medical file.
Each worker affiliated with MEDIC-ALLIANCE must regularly pass a work aptitude examination carried out on our offices. Our certificate is recognized by the National Social Security Fund (CNSS). These exams are included in all our packages, the employer avoids additional costs.
A network of more than 20 hospitals in DRC.

Even if your company is established in different localities, your employees will still be able to count on a medical center near their home.
As for the traveling workers, they are treated quickly treated in any MEDIC-ALLIANCE approved hospital which will take care of it at no additional cost to the affiliated company.

Better employee attendance.

Workers are generally healthier. Before the disease progresses critically, employees can be examined as soon as symptoms appear.
All they need to do is go to the hospital with their Medic-Alliance card or ID to be examined and treated free of charge. As for example with malaria whose protocol is lighter when it is treated in its early phase.
One covered employee = 6 covered persons.

A family of 6 includes:
The employee of the company + his or her spouse
+ max. 4 children under 18 and students max. 25 years.
Additional children: on estimate..
